Retatrutide is an exceptionally potent "triple-agonist" peptide. Because a 60 mg vial contains a very high concentration of active compound, precise reconstitution and measurement are critical to avoid accidental overdose and severe gastrointestinal distress.

1. Reconstitution (Mixing)

Diluent: Add 3.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water to your 60 mg vial.
Concentration: This creates a 20 mg/mL solution.
Measurement: On a standard U-100 (1 mL) insulin syringe:

- 5 Units = 1.0 mg

2. The Titration Schedule
